This was my first experience with German food. Great waitstaff. The zwiebel schnitzel was so good. My husband loved the sauerbrauten. We would definitely go there again.

We were looking for authentic German food, and after two previous failures, we wandered into Lindenbaum. The place is cute, with interior furnishings reminiscent of a Bavarian restaurant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with "we only take American Express and Discover;...More

Stopped by for 'to-go' dessert and it was fantastic. Made from scratch and wonderful. We had the Black Forest cake and the cake was moist and dense and had the fluffiest lighter-than-air frosting... so good. The carrot cake was amazing as well, quite possibly the...More

My husband and I ate here for lunch and the food was delicious. I loved the red cabbage and sauerbraten, my husband had the sausage sampler and it had the yummiest bratwurst I have ever tasted. We arrived at 11:30 when it first opened and...More

Had not been to this restaurant in awhile. Took my in-laws because my father in law wanted some good German cuisine. This place exceeded my expectations before. We both ordered the "special" which was really good. Three different bratwurst, sauerkraut and potatoes. Did notice that...More

This restaurant was not so crowded so we came in. Small seating area and it's in an old historical building. Nice German waitress. Not a large selection on the menu. We had jaeger schnitzel. It had a sour kinda of flavor to the sauce. The...More

Delicious, fresh fare at a reasonable price. They DO NOT accept Visa or MasterCard. However, no need to waste your time forming opinions--use that energy to take a trip to the ATM! The very small effort is worthwhile if you enjoy great food in a...More

The website states: "Open 7 Days A Week from 11:00 am - 10:00 pm." However, I suggest calling them on the phone.

I'm not sure if they take reservations. It would be a good idea to call the restaurant and ask them, especially as it is a holiday weekend. If you're going to stay overnight or longer, I'd recommend the Best Western there... More
