The place was busy, but seated the large family still quickly. My husband and I split the eggs-ben-addicted on a recommendation along with a cinnamon roll. Neither of them were badly done, but neither were super impressive. The eggs benedict tasted like what you would expect with queso on top. But for years, I've heard tall tales of the cinnamon... Been visiting this restaurant for over a year. I would have previously recommended it, but not so much now. The establishment is a little run down, which is fine, but nothing excuses how dirty it is. Had the chicken fried steak on this visit and basically got a plate of fried breading, with a small patty that was hard to... More

Friend of ours took us here for breakfast. I couldn't finish it. Lot's of food. Very filling. Kept refilling my drink. Aigs instead of eggs. Fraish instead of fresh. Think Cracker Barrel but much better. Little bits of quotes from the bible. Restroom could have used a little cleaning, smelled of urine.

We stopped by Ginger Brown's near Lake Worth for breakfast and the place was not that busy since it was the middle of the week. The menu includes the typical breakfast dishes with eggs, breakfast meats, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, Texmex dishes, and breads. The prices are cheap and the portions are filing. The service is good and the place... More

This small hidden gem is tucked in a shopping center next to a major grocery store. Let me tell you....yum yum yum is an understatement. The atmosphere us very casual and laid back. Trinkets from the 50's - 70's line the walls and are displayed on the shelves. The hallway to the restroom has autographed pictures of famous actors from... More

The cinnamon rolls are a wonderful surprise, but the standard lunch is worth it. Home town cooking with a touch of nostalgia for youngsters, here they have workable chrome juke box selectors at each booth. It costs more than it used to, but it captivates our granddaughter and has tunes from the old days. Oh the meal is fine and... More

I give this place 3 stars based solely on the cinnamon rolls. They are fresh, definitely made in house and so much cheaper than expected. The quality clearly warrants a higher price but they keep it affordable. That being said, the rest is not good. The place is typically packed, why I have no clue- the food is mediocre at... More

My wife and I arrived at 11:00am were promptly seated & were given breakfast menus. Most patrons were still eating breakfast (they serve great breakfast). There is a wide range of options for lunch& many sides. Meals come with their famous cinnamon rolls and meringue pies are outstanding. Senior lunch with 2 sides $20.00

After many visits over the years, we've tried pretty much everything on the menu. We've finally decided to stick with breakfast. It is by far what they do best. Biscuits are not always available after regular breakfast hours, so we usually opt for Texas toast with lots of butter on the side and jam/jelly. Whatever time you visit and whatever... More

This restaurant is so much more enjoyable since they no longer allow smoking; and their sweet rolls are almost as big as they once were years ago. It's so nice they still give them with dinner.
