Went there with coworkers. Good food. Crowded even during the week. There are other Mexican eateries around Fort Worth but may not have the ambiance you'll find at Joe T's.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with JTG. It's food is predictable if not amazing. It is, however, is carefully prescribed. One does not order anything off the menu, no substitutions, etc. And the number of choices is limited (especially at dinner). Outside seating, however, is lovely....More

First amazing salsa and chips then cheese nachos followed by beef tacos guacamole and cheese enchiladas all were the epitome of what Tex Mex should taste like! Joe T Garcia's is a Fort Worth institution for a reason consistently great classic Tex Mex!
