Super cute and unexpected. Just the right mix of keeping some of the cool stuff from the old days and updating. Great fried chicken salad, but I bet anything I'd ordered would have been great.

Dirty, smelly. Used to be great and crowded. Now it's mostly empty. Was there for breakfast and wanted to leave the whole time.

Cute surroundings but they run out of stuff (two entrees in a party of four, one of the side choices, two pie flavors) and staff gets thin and service falls through cracks (no coffee refills, the ok forever to take our order). Glad we tried it but we won't be back.

Craving some good fried catfish and the Diner never disappoints. Okra fried to perfection also. Prices very reasonable ($7.50) for blue plate special - including 2 vegies and delectable yeast rolls and cornbread. This has been a fav for many years.

I visited The Diner for lunch. I was craving some Southern comfort food. I was disappointed! First, my waitress was too busy socializing instead of attending to her tables. Second, my chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked. Luckily most of the pieces were properly prepared. Unfortunately for me, the piece I saved for last was the thigh, my favorite. When I cut... More

A very quirky, authentic American diner. Good food at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. We had breakfast there on two mornings and thoroughly enjoyed the food provided. Good portions too.

I met a good friend for lunch and we had a very enjoyable visit. Our location was quiet enough for easy talking and the food was very good--I had the chili and it was great. Look forward to returning.

Consistent and Excellent! I have never had a bad meal here. Lots of choices on the menu and quick service for you or a group. A family favorite throughout the years. Make sure and save room for dessert.

My hotel charges $16 for a reasonably edible, "hot breakfast". Fed up with the nonsense, I looked around for a good breakfast at a reasonable price and I am glad I did. My 2 year old daughter enjoyed raisin bran while I had steak and eggs. Cool diner, and good service.

This 50's diner is an excellent choice which is proven by the crowd. Besides a good choice of breakfast foods, the service was exceptionally good. I'm a big coffee drinker so I was pleased that servers offered a refill several times.
