Went looking for this place but couldn't find it. Address given is off Hwy 67 in Duncanville. Went up and down 67 access roads and just didn't find it.

A great variety of entrees. Salsa is the best. Atmosphere is very nice. Can be loud when it is crowded at Happy Hour. Service is always excellent.

I've been coming to Vera Cruz for years, and while some visits have been better than others, my recent visit was among the best. Friendly, swift service by our experience waiter had us seated with our beverage orders in very short time. The salsa is very good and the chips thin and warm. I chose the Villa Rica combination of... More

We went for the margaritas, and had an excellent dinner. The black beans and fried jalapeños are crave-able!! And the margs were outstanding

This restaurant is a jewel. This is my second time to go and both times the food has been great. Chips are hot, sauce has a little kick to it and their shredded beef is tremendous. I had the El Conquistidor which is blue corn shredded beef tacos and rice and black refried beans. It had lots of fresh veggies... More

Chose VC based on reviews... wanted to take my 90 yo dad somewhere new near the area he lives .. assisted living... institutional food he eats everyday can be "challenging". Vera Cruz lived up to its billing. Fresh, delightful tastes, free, non-traditional "Mexican Food". Had the fish soup - Chunks of delicious shrimp, scallops etc, as promised. Had a child... More

I really love the interesting dishes that use the special spices. Standard Mexican dishes are also available. The restaurant interior is interesting, but it is a bit too dark in the evening.

We really enjoy their food and they are very prompt and polite. The food is not just your average Mexican food and there is a very large menu selection. I highly recommend it!

We love ❤ eating at Vera Cruz when we come to the Cedar Hill area for shopping. The location is off the beaten path but worth the effort. Their prices are a little high in my opinion but the food and service are excellent so it's worth the cost!
