1st time stopping here and have to say, WILL be back. Iced tea was fresh, clean and crisp, some of the best I've ever had. Ordered a cobb style salad for lunch with mixed greens, clean and crisp, great chicken and dressing was homemade, not out of a bottle. Overall great experience, reasonable pricing and good food. Atmosphere is very... More

The chery pie was my favorite. I also enjoyed a taste of pecan, chocolate, and peanut butter. All were good and enough to share. I had the chicken fried steak with green beans and mac and cheese. The mac was cold but tasty. The green beans were canned but seasoned just the way I love! The chicken fried steak was... More

We were told to try this place by the lady at the hotel and she sure didn't steer us wrong!! The daily special was meatloaf and it was delicious. Portions were so large that we had enough for dinner that night

This is a busy and constantly popular spot for locals and visitors in the know. Menu is good Southern cooking. There is a daily lunch special as well as menu items. And there is always PIE! The only down side is the limited space. Sometimes you have a wait a while for a table.

The best place to eat breakfast and lunch, ( they close after 2pm) they specialize in home style plates and they are all great. This is where the police eat breakfast and lunch. BTW their deserts are to die for.

This place is a small diner, but has a great breakfast. Whenever we are in town, we like to eat here. It's small, so some days it can be a challenge to find a table, but it is definitely good food. And be sure to get the Biscuit with your breakfast instead of the toast. They make the best biscuits!

This tiny restaurant has home made pies that melt in your mouth. From the outside it doesn't look like anything special, but the food is amazing. Great southern fried chicken, or mashed potatoes with homestyle gravy. Go there with an appetite and leave feeling full and content. Would highly recommend for good home style food.
