We love coming to El Fenix! The margaritas and chips are the best! We ordered fajitas and were stuffed. The service is also always top notch. Definitely a must stop when you're in DFW!

Really enjoyed Fenix. Good food served quickly. The service was great as well. The guac was amazing to start. Enchiladas were delicious. Wrapped up with a lone sopapilla as I didn't have much room left! Walking distance from most of the hotels downtown so it's...More

Worst restaurant experience, ever. We arrived around 4 pm on Mother's Day. Waited in line for about 15 min to get to the host. All of the parties that were ahead of us were seated immediately after talking to the host. When it was our...More

I called to make reservations & I was told since its Cinco de Mayo they weren't taking reservations. I asked if they had outside seating & he said no. My cousin later told me that they do on the roof. When we got there it...More

Traditional Tex-Mex with very crispy fresh chips, great salsa. I had the chili relleno. Pepper a little unripe. Filling sparse. Very tasty. Great sauces. Good service. Great brewed iced tea.

This is our college prep programs 2nd visit after a cultural field trip to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. Yes, they were expecting us but that does not always ensure a smooth dining experience. Gabriel Padilla and his incredible staff did an amazing...More

Restaurants come and go, but this one stays. I went here after my senior prom (a long time ago in a previous century). It was great then and it still is now. Tex-Mex at it's finest. The Martinez family did it right. Love the chips...More

It wasn't bad. Just very bland and very generic. After hearing how this was such a famous landmark restaurant I had high hopes. I brought out of town guests and I actually had to apologize to them after we left. I had promised classic Tex-Mex,...More

Yes, Margaritas have won the best Margarita in Dallas several years running. Not a live bar though if that's. What you are looking for. Try Happy Hour or the Rustic.

We didn't dine on a Wednesday, nor look at the specials, so I'm glad someone else could answer. However, I just discovered they have a website, complete with menu and prices that makes me wish we had one nearby! I'm sure... More
