I’ve been to lavendou multiple times and everytime it is so delicious!! The food is amazing. The staff and the owner Pascal are great. Their wine nights are so fun and allow you to try different meals with different wines. Super awesome place. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous French comfort food last night at Lavendou! Escargot appetizer tender and garlicky perfection. The French bread and dipping oil was divine... I had the bouillabaisse — full of perfectly stewed flaky fish, scallop, shrimp, clams and mussels in a heavenly saffron infused broth. Hubby...More

What a breath of fresh air. I liked this French Bistro better than the bistros in Paris. The French born owner Pascal Cayer takes the edge off French cuisine for his American customers. This will be reminiscent of France and make you want to go...More

This looks like a coastal front by some island such as Blue Grotto off the coast of the Isle of Capri in Italy.

Description
Lavendou, a retreat into the French countryside - a place where life is savored as much as the food. Lavendou is thoroughly French, from the inviting decor to the gracious service and authentic cuisine. But don't expect it to be pretentious. Owner Pascal Cayet is dedicated to providing service that is friendly and efficient. And you will find Chef Francois Soyez's menu to be deliciously approachable. Serving the lighter fare of Southern France, Lavendou offers many items to tempt your taste buds.
