One of the few places that I have been for lunch where everything that I have tried was good. Not spectacular, but good. Be forewarned that this place is small, so don't take more than a couple of friends. And remember to be patient. PS, I don't believe that they are open for dinner.

Fue realmente bueno!! It was really good! But the staff & service is downright warm and friendly! No wonder they have been here for 21 years!! I'll keep coming back just for their love!!Try the Denver omelette if you are really hungry. My hubby enjoyed the menudo accompanied by two breakfast burritos(which really are large tacos!) Their hot Chocolate Abuelita... More

Be forewarned, this is a tiny place that I think is open only for breakfast and lunch. The Tex-Mex food is very good, if modest. Prices are cheap. The staff are really nice folks.

I have been going to this little diner since the 1990's when I moved to Oak Cliff back before Oak Cliff was a hip place to be. Basic great food and friendly wait staff makes this a great little place for Breakfast and lunch -

We were in the neighborhood to visit a different restaurant, but time wasn't working in our favor so we ducked into El Jordan due to ravenous hunger. Ended up being a great choice, as they served some of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. It's very much a family owned and run establishment, everyone was very friendly and we... More

By far the BEST place for breakfast tacos!! I haven't been here in 2 yrs, because we lived somewhere else, and this was the first place we went to when we got back into Dallas! Their breakfast tacos are on point. Bacon/egg, ham/egg, potato/egg, but the best one....chorizo/egg!! Barbacoa tacos are great. They also have the American Breakfast with 2... More

One of the slowest service I've ever had, but the people are super nice, humble, and attentive when they get to you. Be prepared for that and you'll enjoy the food. Best chorizo and eggs burrito. Good chicken enchilada. Cheese enchilada comes with partially cooked onions (hubby was not a fan of that). Not too expensive. Love that I can... More

Have been there at least sixty times. This is a Mom & Pop Cafe. They are actually the chefs whipping up the best breakfast burritos in town and awesome menudo everyday. Service is typically slow, so don't be in a hurry. Chill out, sip some great coffee, read the paper, while you wait. These are very friendly kind people, so... More
