I was here for dinner with my friend Lorenzo Fasola and other 2 friends on January 20th 2017. We had amazing food: great salad, we tried 3 different pastas, the pizza was amazing too! You feel like you are eating in Italy... Also I was happy to see a great selection of good wines from my area in Umbria Italy,... More

Excellent contemporary Italian restaurant where you can find some delicious regional Italian cooking. Loved the white Verdicchio. Loved the pastas all serviced really fresh and all handmade. Loved also the wood fired Pizzas, I have been here a few times now, becoming a favorite.

Nonna is a great neighborhood spot in Dallas. The food is consistently good and the dining room is comfortable. You'll need to make a reservation in advance.

This place is tucked away in a strip mall and is frequented by regulars. We had an appetizer, pasta, an entree, and dessert all for a decent price. The fried crayfish and onions was delicious, beautifully fried. The pasta had fresh crab, and the rabbit was truly delicious. The panna cottta was very good. The waiter suggested all the wine... Great Italian food and super service. The only place I know of in all of Dallas that serves white clam pizza, it is amazing.

I am an Italian visiting family Dallas and I have to say that the dinner at Nonna was one of the best in a long time. Living close to New York City I have access to some of the best Italian restaurants in the Country and Nonna definitely belongs to this selected group. The Ribollita was simply outstanding (especially in... More

Went on a recommendation from the hotel. Was having dinner with an out of town Italian. He was totally not impressed. The bread comes out like a balloon. The pizza was something Sabarro ended up leaving for a steak house.

I came here with a wine rep to try some of his wines for my restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed. It was packed! The tables are very close to one another, however that did not affect my experience one bit. We ordered eggs with white truffles, calamari, a pizza and a bubbly Rose. Everything was exquisite! Our server was... More

We really liked the atmosphere, service, cocktails and most of the entrees. The baby eggplant, tomato and feta cheese salad was very good, the Gulf shrimp cacciatore was subtle but very tasty. Really enjoyed the slightly fried rice/risotto that came with the cacciatore. The gnocchi with pork, greens and horseradish was not the right blend for us however. Regular sized... More

OK, it's a little pricey, so this is a special occasion place for me. The food is impeccably prepared and served. The service is cordial and professional. You can't let the fact that is in a strip mall setting put you off. Inside you will be transformed into the best Northern Italian dining experience in Dallas. Coming from Chicago, I... More
