We ate here recently since moving to the area. Being a New Mexico native the food was disappointing, like most of Texas Mexican restaurants , it tends to be Tex-Mex. The salsa was the exception, the salsa was wonderful and it was spicy/hot like it should be!!! Everything else was mediocre, edible but nothing special. Not a bad a place... More

This restaurant looks rough, but is well worth the stop. Try the green verde burritos. They are the best.

My "smart" phone could not pick up TA in this middle of nowhere town. We always end up here on travel to CO. We've had okay, below average but this was BAD. Before we could escape, the waitress had already brought our chips and salsa along with some kind of watery cheese soupy mix. The restaurant is a mess! Jack... More

PRO: the service was good and friendly. CON: Below average room decor (my booth seat had a hole big enough to get caught up in!). The food was just average TexMex, but priced a bit high for the quality. This may be the only Mexican restaurant in town, so choices are few.

We stopped here on our way across Texas - big mistake not to wait until the next town. The service was nothing special, the food bland and mushy, the walls barren, and the bathroom filthy. We were 3 adults and 3 kids - all with a different entree, and no one was happy with their meal. I've had authentic Mexican... More

8:05 Saturday night, Starved, on the road for 300+ miles Mexican seemed "just the thing" and we anticipated a wonderful home cooked meal at some small town establishment. As we turned onto 54 we were grateful to see La Pasadita, we stopped to eat, stretch and re energize for the long road ahead. Hubby's combo meal included a taco with... More

I have driven through this busy hamlet about a dozen times, have only stopped at the McD's for a quick potty break. This last weekend I routed us through Dalhart during lunchtime. With some research La Pasadita seemed like an interesting place to have lunch. The decor and feeling of the place feels like something out of The Last Picture... More

Good food, good prices, friendly service right on the highway. This seems to be a family owned business. It doesn't have much parking space but the food was very good. You will be satisfied.

We travel through Dalhart a half dozen times a year and were delighted to find this really good Mexican restaurant! It is located on Highway 54, on the south side, across from Alco where there is great parking for an RV. The food is excellent and the prices are as low as you will find. Don't stop if you want...
