We were only at Kings Beach for 3 nights and ate here twice. Great local seafood, truly representative of the area and sunny Queensland. The staff are super friendly. The only minor drawback was that we requested items from the menu only to be told that they had sold out. The menu is fairly extensive though and the food we... More

Ordered fish and chips the chips where good however the snapper wasn't nice and felt ripped off for the price. Also order the smallest serve of chips later $4.50 got a small cup that was meant to feed 1-2 not a big eater and there is no way that it was enough for 2.

I’ve tried De Lish Fish @ Kings a couple of times now and both times spot on. Fish of the Day first time, Barra second time, both takeaways. And the servings were nice and generous too. Great location, right beside the beach making it ideal for a takeaway and tucking in, perhaps with your kids on a beach blanket. Their... More

Great fish and chips from this place, can't really fault the food, especially the chips! Service, as in all places like this, is quite slow (because it's all cooked to order of course). Understandable, but if you just want a quick portion of chips you shouldn't really have to wait for 4 family packs to be cooked in front of... More

Situated next to the Rolling Surf resort and excellent for a variety of takeaway food. Used it several times and enjoyed it every time. Also sells very good ice cream.

Kings Beach is a great location for families. It has easy access and parking is relatively easy to find. It is a world of waves, sand castles, sunscreen and happy, laughing children. What makes it even better is De Lish Fish which has good fish & chips as well as gelato. The kids were happy with the fresh and crisp... More

Four meals for our group - Hamburger; Barra Burger and Fish and Chips of the day, which was a New Zealand variety. All were up to expectations bar the Barra Burger in which the fish was overcooked so much it was brown and crunchy. Had a great ice cream after. Nice smiley ladies, Nice setting, and very busy

Fish and chips here topped of with their spectacular Gelato is a great way to end the day. On the beach, and friendly service and good value, ticks some important boxes
