$4 for a basket of stale chips! Not sure If they were burned or stale. None of the food was good. Only bright note was the cute festive decor

We attended a political function at Rosa's, during which we had drinks. This is a great restaurant with friendly service.

I love the homey atmosphere in Rosa's. Excellent food, great prices, and wonderful staff. Usually go at least once a week -- Taco Tuesday's are the best! And I love the Tres Amigos!
Almost every Tuesday it's Taco Tuesday for us. Great value. 3 Tacos, Rice, Beans & Flour tortillas. Very fast service. Friendly. Lots of the college kids here.

The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Very relaxed atmosphere.

I usually buy my tortillas here by the dozen ! They almost taste homemade! The food is also tasy and you do not have to wait very long for your food. Sopapillas are also great for dessert!
