I have had several lunches at Cindy's in Cedar Creek. The food was above average (burgers and chicken strips are excellent) but, the sanitary conditions and cleanliness are sub-par. Also, don't expect quick/excellent service because it does not exist. I would say, however, it's one of the few places to get a descent meal in the area.

The parking lot was clean, not too many vehicles so my children headed up and before I could get in the door they were running back out gasping for air. This place was so full of cigarette smoke no way to breath. Was not even able to try the food.

My family and I stopped here for lunch. My son and I ordered bacon cheeseburgers and my wife a BLT. The burgers were very good and the fries were warm, not hot. My wife said it was the best BLT she had ever eaten. That's a big thumb's up! The server kept filling our drinks and was always checking on... More

My review is based on my 18 year old daughter being in this establishment and me being notified she was drinking with her bf and friends here .When My husbands friend and my husband notified Cindy she started plastering pictures of our family in attempts to humiliate our family so I will never go to and cannot recommend such a... One of the best burger I've had in a while. Cool place to stop and eat. Be sure and get anything with the cilantro lime sauce on it. We've learned to make that as a staple at home. Won't be disappointed.

This is a really neat bar with some great food. They even have live music. A place to stop and have some good food.

When traveling Texas Hwy 71 between Austin and Bastrop, don't stop here. Our 2 cars included 4 kids under 8 years. When we called ahead we were told that kids' meals were available - they were not. Other surprises included no air conditioning, dust on the patio tables, menu descriptions that did not remotely match meals served and pitifully rude... More

I stopped here with a car full of kids. I'd been hesitant to stop in the past, given it's biker bar appearance. We went 2:00pm on a Saturday. There were two tables of families with kids, two tables of senior citizens, a couple of middle aged ladies with laptops and manuals camped out in the corner, and an older couple... More

The burgers were pretty good, but our experience there was so bad we will never go back. We stopped a few times at Cindy’s on the way back from Austin and never had any real complaints. The last time we were totally ignored. We were the only customers at the tables, although there were a half dozen sitting at the... More
