While staying in Carthage, this restaurant was recommended by the staff at the hotel I was staying at. It was a little hard to find, but I was warned it would be. Had one of their signature burgers and fries. Left full and satisfied. Recommended.

This place has good service, nice atmosphere and great deserts. The red velvet cake was moist and fantastic. Next time I come through, I want to try out the Shrimp and grits. The hamburger I had today was on Jalapeño bread and was unique.
