I had not been here before. The service was fast. The food was as I ordered it. The sweet tea was REALLY sweet. I had the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. About 14.00 with tax.

We decided to go to our favorite Mexican restaurant after work today. Excellent choice. The waiter, Alvaro, was excellent. He waited on us with professionalism and with a smile. The food was delivered hot and fresh. The price was very reasonable. The restaurant was decorated with Mexican vases and bowls and animal-likeness statues. Very clean and inviting place to share... We moved here from California by way of Colorado and were looking for some good Mexican (Real Mexican) food. We joined some friends for Enchilada night at El Fenix. It was bland and less than stellar. And, to that point we have not been back.

Sour cream enchiladas with rice and beans. The enchiladas were dry and a bit hardened. The chicken was good. This is a hit or miss here. Sister had chili relleno and it was a fairly good size and she enjoyed it. Service was great, so we had a pleasurable meal.

The high point of the visit was the man waiting on our table. He was great but they were running him like crazy. He had multiple tables and also had to be bar tender. Had the rating only been on him, 5 stars, but he was surrounded by the rest. Got queso, cold and bland. Got the biggest plate they... More

They are able to seat any size party and are overly accommodating. Food, drink and ambiance was just what we needed. Beautiful.

I had the Mexican cobb salad and it was fresh, a variety of tasty ingredients, and I added the jalapeno ranch dressing to make it just right.

They say that the success of most businesses is three thing; location, location, location. That must be the case here. The food is not bad but nothing special either. The service is the same way, nothing special. There was a crowd of people so it must me the location. There are better choices near by.

My husband and I travel quite a bit, this is most certainly one of our stops when we get home. Besides being huge Mexican food lovers, we really enjoy visiting places that like to take care of their customers, this is one of those restaurants. They work hard all the way around; customer service, the food is always hot and... More
