This is now The Plate Factory. Great steaks and seafood, really...like lobster and crab cakes! The Oxbow closed 12/16. The Plate Factory opened 2/17. You should try it!

The food was excellent price very reasonable and large quantity would highly recommend eating there.
Old world Texas ambiance with a history. Great service and good food.. Great place to hold a dinner meeting or a moderately sized party.
Service was O.K., Stears were great - Pricey. Staff seems to be all new and still learning, but tried to be helpful. Not handicap friendly because of layout of restaurant and floors were somewhat slick due to the bad weather.
The chicken fried steak was tender and cooked to my liking with gravy and mashed potatoes. Hit the Wednesday night $1.00 margaritas and believe it or not, a man can still enjoy adult beverages and a cigar after a great meal.
We arrived right at 5:00 pm.(opening for the evening service). We were seated promptly and drink order taken. Drinks were brought right out. Ordered the appetizer of choose two fried mushrooms and jalepeno popper things. They tasted good but thought it was a rather small...More
We arrived one minute before closing time, but the manager and all staff welcomed us and made sure our meal was prepared and served in a timely manner. The food did not taste like "end of the day leftovers."
