there seem to be Shoney's everywhere but they are not all the same. This one stands out for fresh food and excellent service. We both chose to order the buffet and were not disappointed. the shrimp and catfish were fried perfectly, not greasy and hot....More
Stopped here to eat the breakfast bar. Was busy and only bar made for long lines. Needs a better set up as tables are too close to the bar. Food was hot and fresh, some had no flavor, just tasted like hot water.
Arrived 11-12-17 12 30 pm,restaurant was very busy. Restaurant has 1 price for the Buffet,breakfast on one side,Dinner items on the other,with Salad Bar,fruit bar. Over the years Shoney's has always been a go-to for breakfast or a burger. However, we really had a bad experience with the food...barely warm gravy over biscuits, cold home fires, chewy scrambled eggs, and tough burgers. Wair staff was pleasant, but cashier was abusive...More
Ate breakfast here 2x on vacation. Had buffet. I ate gravy, eggs, hash browns, bacon/sausage, biscuits..had milk...Food and Service was great...Love Shoney's
