Driving through Nashville with family we wanted to try some hot chicken and decided Hattie B's would be the place. Figuring it would be busy we ordered online - super easy and that helped look through different options. When we arrived it was crazy busy...but they were doing a great job getting food out to customers. They identified our car in the packed lot and brought our food right over without much wait - we tried to order well ahead of arriving to allow for that extra time. We went up the street for a picnic dinner at a nice park. Glad we visited.More

We were traveling west with our tear drop trailer and really wanted some Nashville hot chicken. I used their online ordering system to order for me and my husband. Take your time and explore to the modifiers for the food to get things exactly the...way you want it. I got my chicken “naked”, without breading, and that’s the way I‘ll get it from now on. When you order online for pickup, on the first page you indicate when you want to pick it up. At the end of the ordering process you put your contact info and the make, model and color of your vehicle. We arrived at the appointed time but could not park in the designated places due to our trailer. We drove back around and the delivery guy ran out and gave us our food. He spotted us and figured we’d be pulling back around. This was unexpected, wonderful service. The food was excellent. We like hot food and the middle choice of heat was plenty hot. I highly recommend Hattie B’s.More

First time to Hattie B's traveling through Nashville. Will definitely make this a regular stop- chicken is delicious and sides are great too.

This was on my “must do” list for Nashville. It did not disappoint. I got the 2nd hottest. I could have probably done the hottest one. The flavors are amazing and I’m so sad they don’t have this restaurant back home. I got the chicken...sandwich with fries.More

Our daughter was moving in to college and we made a stop to Hattie B's. We wanted to know what the hype was about. We ordered and went back to our hotel. The chicken was good. The spice was great. The sides were so so...but it was doable. The potato salad was just ok. I prefer a bit of mustard but ah ya know. The greens were bland... no seasoning but just enough heat. Banana pudding was awesome. All in all it was decent. Try it for yourself! We tried this at another location as well, when other family arrived, but that location was not as goodMore

WOW! Absolutely the Best Chicken I've eaten! Love, Love this place. Had to stand in line to order, would do it again every day of my life. Chicken and sides were delicious! Service was good, prices were fair. Please come to Kansas City! Will be...my first stop on my next trip to Nashville!!More

My mother and I had waited over a year to eat at Hattie B’s and we were NOT disappointed. Hattie B’s lived up to the hype and more! I ordered the tenders, fries, and pimento mac and cheese with a side of damn hot sauce...on the side. I absolutely loved my meal! I had read in some reviews that the mac and cheese was flavorless but there is no way they can be talking about the same mac and cheese that I had! It was amazing! My mom ordered the tenders tossed in shut the cluck up sauce, and double fries. She loved hers as well! The sauces we had were hot but we love hot so nothing we could not handle. We arrived around 6:30 and had our food by about 7:00. This included ordering and waiting. I’ll attach a picture of what the line was at this time. Overall, we were very satisfied with our meal and experience. It was delicious and we cannot wait to go back!More
