Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was a little thrown when I arrived. Parking wasn't easy, the place is small and set up for a quick "grab and go" or "dine and roll" like, we ate, let's roll out. It isn't the coziest, however, I got my order in a...decent amount of time and I enjoyed my breakfast burritoMore

Nothing fancy but a cute stop! Honeybee latte was good and they serve breakfast all day which I always like. Staff very friendly and prices weren’t bad for Nashville these days.

Friendly service and great food. We were only in Nashville for one night and needed breakfast in the morning. What a treat that Sam & Zoe's was so close to our stay. We all loved our breakfast sandwich or bagel sandwich and coffee was delicious!

We stopped by during a morning rush. I ordered the Honeybee Latte, which is one of their specialty drinks. It was delicious. Despite how busy they were, they got our drinks out quickly and the staff was super friendly. I’m definitely stopping by next time...I’m in the area.More

I literally just had a cut in my mouth from the hard toast bread from my sandwich. Its was THE Most tasteless small $8 sandwich you ever will taste in your life. Service was ok but Sandwich was NOT!

The honey bee latte is one of the specialty coffee drinks and it is very tasty. The service was a little slow.

The coffee is delicious and it's a very laid-back atmosphere. Great place to grab coffee, meet up or work/study.

Was on vacation staying nearby, its set back, walk to counter, order & sit & wait at your table, great food & healthy selection, worth a stop!

The young woman who took our order was pleasant enough, but that ended the positive notes. With the exception of bringing your plates to the table, S&Z are not interested in serving customers AT ALL. Condiments, including salt and pepper, are communal only. When I...went to self-refill my iced tea, found it empty, and asked about it, I was told (with an unsmiling look) that they only refill it once a day. Harrumph! The coffee is only so-so, food too, and the place is rather sloppily decorated and "cleaned." Don't bother, they don't.More

We visited here after a tour nearby and those great folks suggested this place to us. Breakfast was amazing as I ordered the green eggs and ham and my husband had a breakfast burrito. An explosion of delicious flavors! I only wish my sesame bagel...had been warmed up or toasted. A great place for people watching with cool art on the walls and delicious coffee to enjoy. We will be back!More

Quick lunch before flying out. Everyone loved their sandwiches but they were a little small. BLTA did not have slices of avacodo just a spread. Chicken salad could have more chicken salad on it but yummy.

This was our first visit and we really enjoyed the coffee and art. My daughter ordered a cup of tea and it was served way too hot for consumption. We brought it back up to the server and she poured out some tea and added...ice. At this point we had warm tea. We asked to add more hot water and we had weak tea that was hot. You would think that they could do a cup of tea right.More

I come here all the time and have for years. Their coffee is awesome and they have a menu full of creative lattes (my favorite is the Honeybee!). They also have a great London Fog Latte - they use fresh tea leaves and scoop them...into a bag on the spot! For lunch I like their Thai Chicken Wrap. They also have bagels and interesting cream cheese options. It's a pretty eclectic menu as far as food goes so even picky eaters should find something they want! The staff seems to not turnover often which is a good sign to me. The staff is nice but not overly warm and inviting. They may fuss at you if you don't stand on the "line tape" on the floor that is peeling up and barely visible. The interior is tiny and people tend to come and camp out as you do in coffee shops. I haven't figured out their off-peak hours yet. They are always pretty busy but it doesn't usually take too long. Parking is tight - they share a lot with Baja Burrito so if you come at peak lunch, good luck! I do think Baja Burrito is closed on Sundays though.More

Stopped in quickly for some drinks and lunch to go. I loved my strawberry fields smoothie and turkey wrap. Both were fresh made and delicious. I was able to add avocado to my wrap and it was great. It’s a small place and there were...quite a few college students studying. I can see why because it’s not your average Starbucks coffee shop at all. Definitely a great place to stop and grab a bite and drink.More
