Fresh Seaford, hand made pasta and good service. We sat outside with friend and everyone loved the food and vowed to return. Don't take booking.

On arrival a waiter greeted the group with a complimentary drink, very classy touch as it meant that you could meet, greet and network immediately. No standing at the bar. Guests mingled in an anti-room before moving into the dining area. The event that I attended had an audio visual presentation, and the facility was easy and clear to hear... More
Our 26th wedding anniversary, yes we thought the highest rated restaurant in Mornington would be a safe bet. When we arrived I think we were the third couple. Then we were basically forgotten. Yes we were offered water and a drink, but then we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken. We ordered 5 courses with matching wines.... More
Sadly we were told by staff that the restaurant is no longer open for dinner. We were however able to have breakfast here when we stayed at the hotel. Cereal, Toast and a range of cooked goods are on offer but were not replenished - Sadly the Australian chef, obviously unable to cope with the amount of people at breakfast,... More
I used to love this place and after eating there few times and practically falling in love with Chef E I recommended it to all of my friends. Unfortunately when my husband and I came for a dinner last week we discovered a disappointing and poor effort to copy what they did in the earlier stage of the business. I... More
What a great experience to have all the ambiance, food & service in the one place. The food was amazing. My partner & I had the five course degustation, which was just right for us but a large eater could have the seven course. The food was top rate The service, informative, friendly, attentive & very helpful from David &... More
Date night with my husband last night at Brooklands was just perfect. We had the 7 tasting courses and 3 wines to compliment. The service was impeccable, the food was just divine. We will definitely be returning to this amazing restaurant.
Remarkably good food and remarkably good value. This is a degustation style restaurant with 3, 5 or 7 courses on offer. There is no menu. It is the chef's choice and the waiter serves the wine for that course. We had the 3 course menu, which was just the right amount for us. They focus on quality rather than quantity,... More
You are guided through the 5-7 tasting courses (mini entree size) which will set your taste buds a light. The chefs choices of flavours were tantalizing however the portions so small that you were left feeling unsatisfied, which was a shame. Service was perfect. The place to catch up with good friends, the best coffee in Mornington! Menu for light snacks and lunch has great variety on offer, reasonably priced too! If you're a family group ring ahead and book the large table looking out to Main Street. Staff are super friendly.
