Came here to eat lunch on Mother's Day last week, and our party was very disappointed to say the least. We ordered pancakes and they were uncooked, with a big slop of cream whacked carelessly on top of them. Coffee was also so weak and all you could taste was the soy milk in it! Such a disappointing meal, especially... More

Walked past Cafe Berlin on a beautiful Sunday morning with intent of 2 coffees to go. Whilst the cafe was busy, wasn't excessive. Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes without so much as one of the baristas or staff (about 5 of which were within a metre or two of my girlfriend and I) acknowledging us, or... More

Great vibes, lovely staff, location is ideal and the coffee is amazing. Didn't eat but the food coming out around me looked so good!

There are a lot of coffee houses in East Balmain/Balmain we picked this for Sunday coffee and cake, it was busy but easy to see why, good coffee and great cake. A lot of people were having breakfast which looked great also. A must visit place for coffee and snacks

That is all. Customer service could be improved with a few more smiles from the staff but the food was top notch and the cake to die for.

After having complained about a strong tangy taste which was possibly the result of too much raising agent in a cake I had purchased to have with a cup of coffee, I was treated with disdain by the assistant behind the counter.

Such a sweet and lovely café in central Balmain. The staff is so nice and the cakes and sweets looks and tastes amazing!! Had a good cup of coffee with a big slice of yummy banana bread. Sat down with a friend for an hour and wanted to stay longer, but had to leave because they were closing. Definitely worth... More

Went for a coffee and thought I might get a snack. Staff rude and inattentive. Coffee very average. Won't go back
