To the chef and the staff at The Marram Grass, I would like to say that you have ruined my sons life! Let me explain... I booked a lunch table for myself, husband and 21 year old son as an end of college treat. The...More

It's a lot more expensive than it used to be, service is slower, no sign of Liam or Ellis. House Merlot rather acidic. Mussels as a main course had too many closed. Other courses good . 'The Straits' in Menai Bridge better value for money...More

We have eaten here on many occasions and have recommended the restaurant to family and friends, but recently it's been disappointing, very expensive for what you get , £18 for a bowl of polenta with couple of mushrooms and spinach, I had a pork dish...More

From the outside, the corrugated roof makes this place look very ordinary but step inside and there is a warm, cosy, buzzing bistro serving stunning food. I had oysters (a huge choice) then a lobster risotto. Gorgeous food. Excellent service from a young team. It...More

First class!! Each course was outstanding. Lobster risotto best I've ever tasted. My husband had the lamb & was extremely reluctant to share even a mere morsel with me it was that good. A superb showcase for local produce. Service was excellent & all the...More

Only slight disappointment: there were no beers on tap. I gather this not the norm. Food was great but I think most people have gathered that already...

The moniker "Cafe"underplays this quirky establishment. From the outside it looks like large, but posh, garden shed. Inside the ambience is relaxed and unpretentious. The service is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The gender neutral toilet sports some unusual taps ! But the real star here is...More

We were so looking forward to visiting this restaurant after watching the celebrated young chef on Great British Menu and we weren't disappointed. The quirky setting has a wonderful cheerful ambience and everyone is warmly greeted and made to feel a valued customer. The menu...More

Hi, I'm a customer, not the restaurant. Check the restaurant name in your search engine. TripAdvisor doesn't permit web links in responses. Enjoy Lance

Description
We started The Marram Grass because we believed we could create a place that offers good, creative food using local produce and seafood, all within an informal setting. On Anglesey we are surrounded by beautiful produce, fresh fish and shellfish and it is not lost on our team of chefs. We work hard to keep our menu moving and we change them regularly to best accommodate the fresh and seasonal produce that comes in through our door. In our low-key setting we have create an inviting and relaxed atmosphere without taking any shortcuts on quality. We have a full, purposeful wine list and a selection of local beers, as well as a good selection of some the the worlds Gins. We offer small portions of our menu for children and are happy to accommodate, well behaved dogs as long as they sit under the table. We want you to eat with us, we enjoy our job hosting and cooking so come on over and try us out. See you soon, The Marram Grass Team x
