Staff are friendly and welcoming and are very attentive to children which is a great start. The place is small but cosy. We were seated in the eating area at the back of the building. The menu is ample. Our order was a home made pizza for a child, chicken skewers chips salad and home made coleslaw, gammon egg chips... More

The Beachcomber is just an absolute gem of a place. The whole dining experience is wonderful. The staff are helpful, attentive and incredibly knowledgable about their restaurant, the food, the ingredients but importantly you are welcomed like returning friends which creates a real bistro style ambience. Always need to book but it's well worth it, the food is excellent, fresh... More

We went to the Beachcomber Last Thursday night - table booked. We had been on a three and a half hour walk and had worked up quite an appetite! Not disappointed. Although the menu has limited choices and I am a fussy eater, there were enough meals for me to choose from. There were 5 of us for the meal... More

We made a late reservation and were fitted in at 8.00pm. There was myself, my wife and daughter. The staff couldn't be nicer. I got the impression that they are a family business and you feel so welcome. The restaurant is really cosy and decorated with a modern feel. The food was fabulous and plentiful. Although the main menu appears... More

Food is never a disappointment, well stocked bar. Front of house is always friendly and cheerful the only down side is there could be a rather long wait to be served with your food .

Our first visit of 2017 not disappointed the food is quite exceptional my wife and I had the Lamb and Chicken Espatada (hanging kebab) respectively and where both delighted followed by chocolate brown and toffee ice cream , you can also now choose from an extensive Gin selection , so good we have booked for next Sunday.
