These ribs were fall of the bone, and I mean the entire bone was clean. Very tender, and full of flavor, I was full that’s for sure.

Stopped for a bite to eat. Wife had the Memphis stew and I had the Gumbo. Each had a marinated salad. The gumbo and stew were both very good. soda comes with free refills. inexpensive - $24 plus tip for above

Steak and baked potatoes are gluten free unless made with certain marinades. So you should be fine.
