We were taken to Cozy Corner by a Memphis native (Memphian) as the first stop on our tour of the city. Great choice. Ribs, pulled pork, Cornish hen (!) were all first rate. Someone has said their barbecue bologna is so tender you can cut it with a feather. Don't know about that, but the meat we had was beautifully... More

My husband has had ribs every meal (except breakfast )during our 4 trip to Memphis. Of all places we had dinned, he liked the ribs at Cozy Corner. I however was disappointed that their was no chicken or turkey offered. I don't eat beef or pork but this is the 1st BBQ joint I have been to that didn't offer... More

I live in Arkansas but am from Alabama. I travel to Memphis monthly just for Cozy Corner ribs. When I call they know my name. I order ribs on my way to Alabama and on my way back to Arkansas. Hands down these are the best ribs in the south. The real BBQ of Memphis. Rendezvous sucks and so does... More

After reading all the reviews for this place I expected the food to be better than average. We ordered the ribs. The sauce was good but the meat didn't just fall off the bone. Overall average food at a fair price.

Recommended as the best BBQ in Memphis by several locals. They didn't steer us wrong. The ribs and wings were amazing.(Quite possibly the best ribs and wings I have ever tasted.) The pulled pork sandwich was nothing to write home about. The banana pudding was also incredible. They are currently across the street from their original location. Would have missed... More

Every year we travel from Alaska to the South. We ask local police officers where is the best BBQ and they hit it on the head with Cozy Corner. Great people and even better food. We will drive out of the way to return. The food is as good as it gets...

We were recommended to this place by a celebrity local we met in Chicago (Jerry Lawler). He ranked it number one and I can see why. The sauce is simply amazing. I had their sliced pork sandwich and it was delicious.

We stopped here for lunch on our way thru. BBQ was good but not great. Not a bad price either. I paid $30 for four people to eat.

This little café was no disappointment. The ribs and chicken simply fell off the bone. And the sides were delicious, probably a unique recipe on the slaw. It's a very informal little café with a walk-up window and little café tables. Great for families!
