Food was excellent. I recommend the Sea Bass. I've had it in several restaurants but Flight Restaurant takes top honors. Don had a flight of soups - the Lobster Bisque was outstanding. The Bison continues to be his favorite entree. I highly recommend this restaurant....More

It took a bit of online homework and help from our server but we did manage to navigate the menu. On offer are 'flights ' of apps, entrees, desserts. A 'flight ' is basically a combo of three choices in any category which, in total,...More

Just returned to Australia. Sorry late. Dress smart casual. A tie and jacket would not be out of place, but not necessary. It's a dining experience so make it special for you.
