This is a historic club, kind of run down inside but I think this adds to the popularity of it. We saw some great entertainment and the food is quite good as well. I would recommend this place as a must see.

Family of four with teens enjoyed the ambience and music. Food was average and the service was mediocre at best. I would eat elsewhere and come for the bands.

We were a party of 3 adults and 2 teenagers. All of our food was awesome, ribs, BBQ, pulled pork... all so good! Our server was great as well. Brought back home their Rub and BBQ sauces that they sell. Would definitely visit again!

The BBQ was tender and tasty. My wife said the gumbo was ok but not great. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very enjoyable with the music in the background. It was very reflective of Beale Street.
