We have visited this pub on several occasions in the past, this being the favourite drinking hole of our nephew, who lives locally. It boasts a good variety of beers and lagers, my personal fovourite being the Harviestoun " Bitter and Twisted" Very dog friendly , with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Really good pub .Not tried the food here, but... More

Just a great friendly Scottish pub. Reasonable prices and quick service. Only pub in village and well located.

We only stopped here for a drink - service was friendly and bar buzzing. Took a look at the food menu for dinner and felt it looked quite average. Would be good for a casual meal and drink but maybe not so much for a special occasion

The members of the North East Clackmannanshire Partick Thistle Supporters Club regularly meet here. We're all of the opinion that this is an excellent hostelry where we're always made most welcome by the friendly staff.

I went in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and it was lovely. It's a nice traditional pub with new specials on everyday. I had haggis balls, fish and chips and sticky toffee pudding. All was fresh and tasty. I would definitely go back.

A real treat for seafood lovers. We had an amazing 3 course meal here last night. Both myself and my husband agreed that this was the best meal we have had for a long time. The scallops, lobster where first class. All meals coming out of the kitchen looked delicious with home cooked chips. The cheesecake desert , I could... More

The price quality is the best in the neighborhood in my opinion. Good choice of very well prepared dishes and friendly service. I could eat here every day,

The food is positively delicious. For a small village pub, it exceeded all expectations and is really reasonably priced. The restaurant is nice and open but cosy at the same time. A wonderful atmosphere. Only pity was the staff struggled to smile.

This restaurant and tavern is in Dollar (Scotland) in the UK near the Ochil Hills in Central Scotland. Their food is amazing; the best we ate during our entire UK trip (and we all over the place). Their sticky toffee pudding is the best I have ever eaten and boasts a texture that is out of this world. The tavern setting is upscale, but intimate. Not to be missed.
