We ate dinner in the bar. The location was stunning with views across the lake and small landing strip for planes. We had eaten in a few places in Mull and realised that food choices are quite limited and prices quite high in comparison to...More

We chose to eat here on the recommendation of our friends, and we were not disappointed. Although the bar was quiet, we felt at home, and the food was to a good standard and good value.

Excellent secluded hotel. Easy accesable from ferry terminal, plenty of parking space. It has a private airstrip available for a few small planes to land.

Booked a great experience flying over mull from the private airfield for a special celebration. Good wine and beer whilst waiting. Relaxed and welcoming.

A fascinating place, aviation-oriented, the owners are pilots. The curious thing is that food is actually delicious, and if you add the owners are charming, that's enough to recommend it warmly.

On our first full day on the island, a beautiful Sunday, we popped in to the hotel for a coffee but were tempted by the lunch. Seated outside, we were surprised to be treated to the sight of various small aircraft taking off and landing,...More

At the Glenforsa the attitude to food is one of simplicity. Good food, cooked well and presented in comfortable surroundings - not forgetting quality wines! The food is mainly seasonal and the Glenforsa try to utilise the best that Scotland has to offer, whether it be Venison from Mull or Scallops from Tobermory, aiming to give customers an authentic taste of good, local food.
