Stopped here for tea and cake after an afternoon in Forres. Very tasty cakes, especially the White chocolate topped millionaire shortbread. Yummy!

This restaurant/cafe has a good selection of food nicely presented. The portion sizes are good as is the quality of the food and service. Good for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea.

Cafe was quiet, plenty available tables. Ordered soup and sandwiches and pot of tea for one. Tea came quickly, however, the rest of the order did not!! Waitress came to the table after 20 minutes and said soup's on it's, 15 minutes later no soup or sandwiches, paid for the tea and left. Very disorganised, won't be back.

Doesn't look much from the outside and could do with a spruce up. We'd the tea for two @ £10.99 and it was superb. This compromised of sandwiches, a scone, tray bake and a slice of cake. Lovely big pot of tea that didn't dribble. Nice friendly staff, all a very pleasant experience and I would recommend. The menu is... More

Waited over 45 minutes for our order. When it did arrive the order was wrong. Very disappointing, redeemed slightly by correcting the price to reflect wrong order on paying

Great breakfast nicely cooked and service was good. Very satisfying. Lots of room for children and pram. Good choice on the menu too. Would recommend for a good meal before heading off to the beach!

I am not a regular here but I know many people are. It is very popular, nicely placed in the centre of the High Street. Really friendly and always attentive staff. Food freshly prepared, simple but excellent value for money. I have used their home catering service on two special occasions and have found them to be very efficient and... More

Clearly homemade cake which is high quality and plenty of it :-) We visited twice over the weekend , once on Saturday afternoon for tea and cake then again on Sunday morning for breakfast. They were pleasant and accommodating for me ( fussy ) separate beans & eggs . All good and not too greasy , the only complaint between... More

Very traditional, bit dated but friendly staff and fabulous coffee and bacon rolls! Nice to sit in the window with a paper and watch the world go by!
