We walked down from our campsite to Morthoe and stopped at this pub and had a few drinks sat outside it in the summer evening sun. We have been here before as beer quality good as is the food.

Great food in a relaxed friendly 'country-pub' atmosphere. The sandwiches are exceptional with chunky fresh bread and the roast beef sandwich is probably the best in Devon!!!Dog and walker friendly with a good variety of freshly prepared food.

We have eaten here before and always enjoy the meals, they are average price and good portions. The ploughmans is fantastic. Staff lovely and friendly.
