Always busy but that just shows how good it is. Lovely fresh fish and crispy chips a good old fashioned fish and chip shop

Visited last weekend for the first time and was reassured by an enthusiastic queue, but delighted by very speedy efficient service. Delicious fish with classic chips and curry sauce, reasonable prices too- what more do you need from a chippy?

We were greeted by a large queue and were not disappointed. Great service, great food and well worth the wait!

Visited here twice after disappointments elsewhere. Great food. Very busy. Cash only. Prices reasonable. Portions good.

Called tonight for tea after a fab day at the beach. Queue was enormous but moved reasonably quickly, good food and prices reasonable, all the serving staff were lovely

Staff were friendly and prices competitive, but the chips were soggy. We tried the battered cod and sausages and both were good. On the day of our visit no mushy were available.

A good solid chippy. Freshly cooked fish and chips. Usually a queue which is a good sign that this place is popular.

Better than going into a restaurant. The chips were so lovely and the batter pulled away from the fish in a lovely scrunchy bite. Pure white meaty fish.
