We came here for dinner on the recommend of a friend, and we ourselves couldn’t recommend highly enough! It’s a beautiful cosy old inn and dog-friendly. The food was absolutely outstanding and a fantastic wine list to match.

Didn't eat but this is one of the best pubs about with a great atmosphere and fantastic ales!!!!!Food coming out of kitchen looked fantastic but was on a liquid lunch.

Just had a fantastic lunch. Everything was perfect from the crab bisque to the delicious cheeses. They even serve Château Cissas French claret by the glass.

Lovely relaxed feel with open fire and welcoming staff. Opted for the three course lunch and wasn’t disappointed. Exceptional value for money and delicious!! Confit of duck was perfect Will definitely be back again.
