Another great curry with great service. Five different curries cooked fresh and all tasted great. Will definitely be going back!

Tried this restaurant for a family takeaway just on chance and must say we weren't disappointed, we thought the variety of dishes we had were well cooked, flavoursome and were ready within minutes of us arriving for pick-up at the designated time. Extra popadoms and pickles were added in at no extra cost, which is always nice.

Having had a couple of good meals there whilst on holiday, we thought we would call in for a Take Away....whilst the service was good...shame the same could not be said about the food.....tasteless....every thing tasted the same....no heat...and very bland.

Very poor takeaway recently. The greasiest onion bhajis I've ever had. We had to dry them off with kitchen roll before consuming. Shame because they actually tasted alright. Main course veg balti and lentil side dish were tasteless. The balti was mainly onion and the lentil was sickly creamy. Don't think I'll bother again.

Came here with friends and thought it was really disappointing. The service was good but the food was really so so. Nothing dreadful but was not good either. The poppadoms were stale but the did replace them and the chicken i ordered seemed old. I would not eat here again

We had a takeaway from here one evening when staying locally. It was a really good meal. All four of us enjoyed it.

There's a very extensive menu available - so allow some time to choose! Spices are very well used, allowing even the most mild dishes to be full of flavour and low on heat. Reasonably priced wine list is a plus. Tables are attractive, well spaced and nicely set out. Service is nicely paced, but occasionally compromised because of the restaurant's... More

During a short break in South Devon we decided a curry was the cuisine we fancied. Being near Modbury we decided to go for the Royal Spice mainly because it was the only curry house around. No matter the food was delicious and the waiter was extremely polite and knew when to come over and top up water etc. The... More
