Popped in for a quick drink and snack, made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the most delicious homemade chocolate cake! My two small children were spoilt by the owner and treated to "yummy" milkshakes. Will be visiting again soon!
Had a lovely cream tea (and cake) at this charming restaurant/tearoom. The owner was very welcoming and the the pride in her produce obvious. We only had time for a quick break but the other dishes looked delicious. Will look forward to returning next time.
Morning coffee break in this lovely Dartmoor village. This delightful bistro served delicious coffee (with a refill) homemade cakes and cream teas. They serve lunches and dinners and all served with a welcome and smile. Do not miss if you visit this area.

We called into this little Bistro as part of the Moor Otters Trail. And I'm so glad we did. Melt-in-the-mouth shortbread, lovely coffee and first-class 'let's welcome the tourists' service. This is how to win and keep custom. Others take note! Will return again.
The food in this lovely little bistro was the best that we had eaten in Chagford. The owners were friendly and were on hand throughout. If I must find fault it would be that as the bookings were staggered this led to not much of...More
