We had a late lunch/early dinner at the Cock and Bottle last week whilst visiting Jersey. Though they stopped serving food at 4.30pm, when we arrived at 4.25 and asked to see the menu they kindly obliged and offered to take our orders before they cut-off time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We both ordered burgers and they tasted... More

We both had the Thai chicken curry which was very nice. It was very tasty and also quite spicy which we liked. There is seating outside, downstairs or upstairs. Service was good and we were served by a very friendly lady. Good basic pub fayee

Found this place by accident. Decent bar and the wine was okay plus not too expensive. Lots of tables outside but had to move as there were lots of smokers

we used the cock and bottle quite often when we were here and found it a great place for dinner and reasonably priced, but you need to go early or maybe book a table, it does get very busy, but worth it.

Only had a drink although the food menu looked very good. Sat out the front on the Royal Square with fantastic views on a spring evening. Very quiet and pleasant.

It's in a great location for sitting in the sun in the little square outside. Relaxing and informal. Pretty standard pub food and on cue service

The sun was shining & a break was needed so we stopped off here which overlooks the square & appeared to be a favourite haunt for child minders/nannies to gather with their children. The pub is very small inside & like it's neighbour benefits from a prime location with lots of external seating, however there were a group of young... More

A spur of the moment decision to visit the Cock & Bottle for lunch with a friend - we were pleasantly surprised and the excellent quality of the food served, the set menu was interesting, varied and very good value for money, only £12.80 for 2 courses. The pub is a bit old fashioned but it has its charm and... More
