Where do I start? I nearly busted eating that Chinese (If u know what I mean!) Those chicken balls truly were the most sophisticated balls I have ever had in my mouth. 10/10 Don’t even get me started on the curry sauce. What’s more, that...fried rice was like nips in my mouth (heart eyes emoji),my world has truly been flipped upside down tonight :)DEFO will be visiting this fine establishment again X Yours truly, Sam Den DikkenMore

Great little eatery, service was excellent and food was of good quality and value. Small inside but very clean and nicely decorated and lit. Portions were large and leftovers were wrapped up for take away. We will return I would recommend.

Popped in for a cheeky takeaway one night as we were driving home. They don’t deliver so had never tried here before (due to laziness!). The food was lovely, fresh and quick. Never eaten in the restaurant part but it always looks nice. Been back...a few times and they never disappoint! .....they are worth the drive to pick it up.More

Popped into Bamboo for a bit to eat of a Saturday evening a couple of us Seated straight away eventually we were asked for a drinks order which came quite quick enough Our server came after maybe 20 more minutes to take our food order...I had the crispy chicken which came with a Homemade honey sauce and for mains I had chicken black beam sauce with rice Started was very very sweet sickly sweet even so but chicken was nice and crispy Mains came in a well presented dish sizzling looked cool Lots of veg but not a lot of actual sauce which was very disappointing Overall for 2 starters and 2 mains 3 bottle of beer and 2 soft drinks total came to 48 euro Reasonable enough I think Nice restaurant looks like the would be under pressure though if it was busierMore

We went for a potentially romantic dinner for two on a Sunday evening. We arrived at Bamboo gardens and the main door had a notice to use the side door. While half the floor space had some nice tables and seating, it was obvious that...their main business is take-away. We ordered vegetarian spring rolls for starters and they were fine (as we could clearly identify them as coming ready-made and frozen from the local Asian food distributor. For Mains, we had the House Special Fried rice, which was like left-over scrapings from the chef's wok, and a Pork Satay which was totally disappointing. The pork did not taste fresh and the satay sauce was definitely not a proper satay, rather something from an unidentifiable jar.More

While staying at a local hotel we ordered a fabulous takeaway from here. Lots of gorgeous choices. Very reasonably priced.

Delicious, plentiful and value for money with good service. Would recommend. A little gem about 6 miles from our hotel at castletroy but worth the trip.

The food was great when it first opened, but would not return now. Food went downhill and it showed with the taste. Needs a revamp and change of management/colour. A real shame for this village.
