Arrived on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Thought it would be busy but no one in place. Nice welcome from waitress. Ordered then told sorry only carvery on Sunday. Wait not too long. Pleasant enough carvery €15. Pricey for one piece of beef on plate....Didn’t stay too long.More

We had the beef carvery which was 15 euro each . We thought when we got our dinner the amount of beef (1 slice each) was a bit miserable but was more than enough after eating it . Can’t share a pic of dinner as...ate it too fast . Place itself is lovely and cages full of wines looks LovelyMore

We were staying in the area when we chose to eat here one night. It was a quiet Tuesday evening and we had plenty of space to eat and maintain a social distance. We weren't asked for our Covid Certs though and we didn't offer...to show them either. We did feel safe enough considering there were few customers there so held back on that issue. However, I do think it's important to be asked ... point made! We were greeted by a very friendly and obliging waitress. Service was good and prompt. The cajun chicken burger and fries were tasty and served hot. There was a good choice of desserts and coffee was of good quality too. Craft beers are available too. It's a gastropub with good food. We hope to return.More

We recently stayed in Newtownmountkennedy, this pub was a great find. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food; however the drink service was excellent. Service was brilliant and we were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely visit again when we are...next over.More

Lovely dinner in here tonight with my mam, brother and sister. Staff are very nice and helpful Food is very high quality and tasty. I got a steak sandwich, my sister got mac and cheese and flatbread. My mam got the fish and chips, my...brother got a burger. We got some desserts too. We all enjoyed our food. I would recommend this place.More

We ate here last night and must say the food was of very good quality. From the moment we walked in we felt very safe all the tables very well spaced out and plenty of room between tables. I had the sliders which were very...tasty and my wife had the chicken tenders with pepper sauce and bacon which turned out to be extremely tasty it sounds weird but was anything but weird they were full of flavour. We would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.More
