Food is amazing. Staff so attentive. Enjoyed the chat with Maya. Highly recommend this restaurant. The attention to detail is second to none. A vist is a must. We are customers here for over 15 years and have never had a complaint.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere at Chakra on first visit since Covid lock-downs by myself and my wife. Our starters and main courses were delightful- beautifully presented as always!!! Also, we were so well looked after by Moya!!! Looking forward to next visit soon.

We were looking for a Michelin restaurant in the Bray area. Found this gem. Extremely attentive though unobtrusive service by Sanjib and his team. Excellent food definitely a lot better than many Indian restaurants that we've tried before. Also nice cocktails. Slightly higher prices, absolutely...justified. Highly recommended.More

Food was very nice, it was my second time there and my partners first time. Moya was our waitress and she could not have been any nicer. So friendly to us and really made us feel so welcomed. But we were just eating the dessert.../ dessert cocktail when what we think was a manager came over to us and he said “I’m going to need the table back in a few minutes”. This was just over an hour after we arrived at 6pm. This kind of spoilt the evening for us. When making the booking, the online system told me the table would be needed back at 7:45pm. When we arrived, the receptionist informed us the table would be needed back at 8pm. But it was 7:10pm when we were approached and told the table would be needed back in a few minutes. Aside from that, we cannot fault the food.More

Went to Chakra for my dads 50th and it was an amazing experience. The service was the best I’ve ever experienced - our two servers Moya and Cian were excellent and made our night really special. The food was 10/10 and also had the best...cocktails ever! I can’t recommend Chakra enough, will definitely be back soon!More

We were very hungry and looking for somewhere in Greystones to accommodate both a Coeliac and a 'nut free' person. I rang Chakra and asked if we would be safe eating there and the person we spoke to reassured us that all our dietary needs...could be catered for. We booked a table for 5:15pm On arrival, Sanjib, greeted us by name and remembered our dietary needs. We went with the Pre-dinner menu. This was very varied and we each found something to like. As we were ordering Sanjib went out of his way to reassure us that this was 'nut free' or that was 'gluten free'. We heard him deliver the order into the kitchen and ensure that our order was safe for us. He brought us some popadoms and dips and as he placed their on the table he reassured us again. Then the food came. My goodness it was delicious. Not only that but he warned me that the naan wasn't suitable so they'd made some GF Naan especially. The saffron rice had some crispy onions that had been friend in oil that had fried some gluten dishes so I was warned off that and given my own bowl of rice instead. There was an attention to detail and an interest in our needs that made us feel very welcome and safe. Interestingly, as we were eating a number of people came in and were greeted with a 'welcome back'. I can understand that this is the type of place that once you've experienced it you would want to return. The atmosphere is lovely and the decor is very attractive. A number of times during the meal as our glasses were topped up we were reminded to 'enjoy your meal' and told 'there's no hurry take your time'. In short we were treated very well and would like to visit again.More

We enjoyed a beautiful meal at Chakra with friendly, attentive but unintrusive service. I had the scallop starter and it might be the nicest starter I've ever had. The combination of flavours and textures were a treat, something very special. I then had the duck...on spiced cabbage with white wine sauce and cherry compote - again the flavour combination was just unreal! My husband had a beautiful prawn starter and delicious lamb shank main (traditional family recipe of restaurant manager). All washed down with a lovely malbec. It was expensive but worth it. The atmosphere was lovely - would highly recommend Chakra for a special occasion.More

Really top notch Indian food. The service is 2nd to none and the food is delicious. Really authentic flavours but with a lovely modern feel to the restaurant. Tiny tiny grip was that our table was basically where everyone walks in and out of kitchen...which was a bit annoying but I've still given 5 stars because it really is a fab placeMore

We have always loved Chakra but they've stopped doing the requests that we were also given before. If you don't want what's on the menu, and it's fairly limited for pescatarians, then you have to make do. For the amount they are charging I would...hope for a few more staples rather than just the experimental foods on the menu. I'd say they will have to bring their prices down soon otherwise they will lose out on the volumes they used to have. We earn great money but can't afford to eat in here anymore. The take away is gorgeous though, so we'll stick with that for now.More

What a fantastic restaurant. Best Indian in Wicklow. The food is amazingly cooked and flavoured. The fish curry is outstanding. They do a Chocolate Flat White Martini which was unbelievable for after dinner. Highly recommend.
