We stopped off here after the Bray to Greystones walk for a lovely hot chocolate and cake. My daughter accidentally left her ring in the restrooms while washing her hands. We contacted cafe grey and left our details. Unfortunately the next day the country went...into lockdown & the ring was long forgotten.
Today my daughter has woken up to a lovely letter from cafe grey along with her ring and they even included a voucher for a free hot chocolate! Thank you so much to the wonderful and thoughtful staff at cafe grey, you have made a little girl very happy.
We look forward to returning for our delicious hot chocolates.More
We visited Greystones for a walk on a weekday afternoon and arrived by DART. We walked towards the town and came to this lovely restaurant - teas, pastries, biscuits and hot chocolate. The street has lots of coffee shops and cafes but this one seemed...to be the busiest. Great service and lovely food.More
Great place to chill and people watch. Good coffee, lovely cakes, delicious food and tasty soup are available in this atmospheric coffeehouse situated on Greystones main thoroughfare. It is adjacent to the dart station. A bit tight for prams and buggies but the friendly denizens...are quick to make room.More
This cafe has it all, good karma, warm welcome, lovely baked goods, melt in your mouth smoked salmon from Ballycotton (you have to try it!), and much more. When you come out of the Dart Station, turn right, and there it is. Perfect. The only...problem is that when you go in there, you don't want to leave!More
Lovely cafe / restaurant not far from the railway station. had a quick coffee stop before the walk back to Bray , this spot ticks all the boxes , good food , quick service , fair prices and lovely staff.
Stopped for lunch and was impressed with the food and service. Very friendly staff. Sandwiches were freshly made - pastrami one was delicious. Fast service as well. Homemade cake selection was brilliant - carrot cake was divine as well as the lemon and blueberry! Strong...coffee as well, all in a lovely setting on the Main Street. Food was so good the photo was what was left!More
