Super fish lunch, we had some visitors from abroad who wanted a fish dish and nothing jumped out at us from the menu. Staff came back offering us something that wasn't on the menu that lunch time and we had a yummy meal. Great job...in taking care of customers!More

Great athmosphere christmas eve at the burnaby They are adhering to all the correct Covid guidelines and despite of that, there was a great relaxed atmosphere, unlike most post pubs I’ve been to recently. Food was excellent ,new menu and waitress looked after us very...well ! Show lessMore

New menu Dec 2020 - Very poor choice. Used to be much better but change of chef and it is now very poor. Always had very, very slow service. All in all, there are much better places in Greystones that are modern and fun unlike...this old fashioned place with no atmosphere. Don’t waste your money here.More

Living locally we wanted to go out. Most placed were booked out but the Burnaby had plenty of space. After eating there I can understand why there were so many free tables. I had the Chicken burger which was only average. I appeared on a...plate on its own and didnt look much. No effort was put in to presentation. A basket of chips came on the side My Wife had the roast of the day and after trying it she was not sure which day It was plonked on the plate on top of mash and covered in thick gravy which had no taste. The vegetables eventually arrived which were Carrots and Cabbage. The look of them in the dish appeared they had been there for days and reheated If a Place is almost empty on a Friday night we should have guessed the food was not going to be good. We will never eat there again especially as there are plenty of good eating places in GreystonesMore

I don't understand what the chef was thinking when deciding on a vegetarian main and yet the only option is a cauliflower salad. How can this even be considered a main where 6% of Irelands population are vegetarian and 2% are vegan? Even having a...plain pasta dish wouldn't have stretched the imagination too much. Please try harder!More

So today I finally got to experience the Bray to Greystones cliff walk!! On arriving in Greystones, on the recommendation of a friend, I made my way to The Burnaby for lunch. On entering I was greeted by a very friendly member of staff who...took my contact details in line with current Covid 19 regulations. I found this Bar/Restaurant spotlessly clean. It is bright and airy, centrally situated, right across the road from the train station. The lunch menu was limited but sufficient. I choose the Cod in batter and chips which I can highly recommend. Excellent service from very friendly staff!! Give it a try if you're ever in Greystones!!More

Day trip to Bray & walked the cliffs to Greystones. Had got a tip for another restaurant but they couldn’t take us. Found Burnabys. Had the dog with us do beer garden option was great. Nice setting. Food was decent, menu pretty basic but fish...and chips was lovely. Pasta also and gougons off a kids menu were nice. Nice glass of Rose & Heineken zero also. Good service too, waitresses very friendly. Worth a visitMore

Went for a walk from Bray to Greystones wonderful views. When we arrived in Greystones we went to the Burnaby for a bite to eat food was not that nice my friend had a trout salad which he described as very bland. I had a...chicken curry which I had to send back to the kitchen to get reheated!!! The only good thing was that the drink was drinkable and noticeable that the staff were not attentive.More

We went here for our first dinner out since lockdown and I have to say it was more then expected. We were a bit nervous giving the current situation but the staff were great proper orderly service with spaced out seating without a crowd and...staff were very welcoming and polite. The food was amazing, would recommend the bbq chicken wings and the fish goujons they were delish. There is great relaxing atmosphere i would definitely recommend.More

Really bad. Chef bing working overtime to reheat bad, totally unseasoned food that was overcooked and bland. No idea how it was so busy.
