Food is nice and some of the staff are friendly. However the staff are not managing social distancing queue very well. Service is quite slow and staff served food with masks down past their nose and one staff member even had her mask pulled down...all the way.More

Decided to go for a coffee here with my wife recently as we had heard the establishment was supposed to be good, however we had a very disappointing experience on the day... We were shown to our table out back by a pleasant waitress and...adhered to all the restrictions, hand sanitiser, face coverings, waited to be seated etc.... we were both handed menus and that I’m afraid was it... 20 minutes later we were still sitting at the table despite a number of other young waitress enter the room on several occasions... we tried to ask for attention but unfortunately to no avail, we can understand that staff are under a bit more stress these days with the pandemic, but on the day in question we were 1 of 5 other people in the place... hardly busy I would say.. with at least 6 staff in the premises at that time..on our exit from the premises without any coffee we decided to get a take away instead at the counter... we were then asked did we enjoy and you just want to pay is it.... the waitress on the till hadn’t even realised that we hadn’t been served at our table following our entry and a 20minute wait sitting at a table with nothing......More

Very disappointed when I visited this place today. The staff need to be brought up to scratch on hygiene in the light of the corona virus. I was disgusted just watching one of the girls behind the counter, she was texting on her phone then...scratched her nose then proceeded to pick up a mug with her fingers inside the mug! Without even washing her hands. I suggest the staff should wear rubber gloves if serving food. I would actually be afraid to go back here again after this experience.More

Went for breakfast with friends this morning and the service was not up to its usual standard despite the number of staff on duty. The food we received was a good as ever but I was disgusted to see one of the waiting staff on...two separate occasions pick icing from a piece of cake on display and eat it. If that is what is happening to food on display in the front it makes me wonder what is happening out of sightMore

This is a lovely place with super friendly staff. Food is delicious and the place is much bigger than it appears from the outside. Will definitely be back.

almost €30 for two people to have 4 eggs 2 pieces of bacon or some smoked salmon on a bun with pointless lettuce leaves and tea and as a result 1 upset tummy and a feeling of being ripped off never again.

Had a gorgeous cheesecake here with a nice loose leaf tea. Herself wasn't mad about her coffee. Would be interested in trying their lunch offering.

The hot chocolate here is the best around and the girls couldn’t be nicer! Nothing is ever too much trouble for them!
