Fantastic meal had here. Was busy and close to closing when I went without reservation, was told 30 minutes wait but received call within 10 minute's. Staff extremely friendly and food was absolutely amazing. Try the house wine it's very complimentary of the food. Chowder...More

Stopped by for lunch with the family (2 adults and 2 kids under 9). What a fantastic seafood menu. Best chowder I've tasted in a while and the seafood taster platter was exceptional. Kids loved it too. We'll be back next year

Cant rate this Seafood restaurant highly enough. Had a memorable lunch here before heading off for a great walk around Mulloghmore head.

Food extremely fresh and tasty... we recommend the lobster!!! The chocolate pear and almond tart was also delightful!!

Staff were very friendly and warm-hearted. Quality of the food was great with an enormous pile of mussels being a highlight. It does get very busy .

Had lunch at Eithna's by the Sea in Mullaghmore (one of the prettiest villages in Ireland) on a lovely sunny day. One open sandwich with Lentil dalh was simply gorgeous. A scone with homemade jam and cream was to die for, best ever. Great service...More

The restaurant is very popular for its sea food. The salmon salad was nice but not exciting. I found the tables very close together and the restaurant cramped. It was not comfortable. Prices quite expensive. Be aware this restaurant is only open Wednesday to Sunday....More

Eithna's By the Sea award-winning Seafood Restaurant, along The Wild Atlantic Way, overlooks the harbour in Mullaghmore, County Sligo. It is a friendly, family-run restaurant that caters for casual dining with homemade recipes using locally sourced food and sustainable produce. Established for over 16 years, Eithna's By The Sea Seafood Restaurant in Mullaghmore won the Georgina Campbell Ireland Guide and BIM 2014 award for its fresh seafood, shellfish and lobster dishes as well as Eithna's use of seaweed in both savoury and sweet dishes. Even though Eithna's speciality is seafood, she has plenty of other options for non fish eaters from meat to vegetarian dishes.
