Oh, what a lovely place to eat. It is a great seafood restaurant. The food is served simply, which is in keeping with the relaxed casual dinning expeience. The ingredients are of top quality and cooked perfectly. The staff are friendly and efficient. The setting is right on the shore by the harbour

We had the specials, oysters to start, Plaice fish in sauce stuffed with crab, and apple tart for dessert. The food is some of the best we had on our trip. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is located right on the harbor so you can walk around after dinner and watch people jump off into the water.... More

Fantastic fish, especially the cod. The oysters and seafood platter also a big hit! The view from the dinner table is the icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommend if you happen to be in the vicinity and worth a detour if not!

We were lucky enough to stop here for lunch, on a beautiful sunny afternoon. We sat outside and watched the beach goers, while enjoying incredible mussels, a fish salad and seafood chowder. It was all so fresh and delicious. I loved that they also sold some local food products too (seaweed powder, canned Irish tuna etc.). A true delight.

Stopped here for lunch. Fish and chips were great because the fish was not deep fried but either lightly panned fried or baked. Good portions. The crab was average and hard to get out of the shell. Service excellent, great atmosphere, nice dining room upstairs. Good desserts

The quirky exterior of this gem of a restaurant was the only colour in the grey row on the grey Atlantic in the tiny harbour hamlet of Mullaghmore. Can't recommend it highly enough! Everything is surprisingly good from the fresh soda bread and seaweed pesto dip that comes when you sit down. Lobster Thermidor was huge and heavenly. Hake came... More
