What a beautiful setting for breakfast to look out over the Barrow as it was a sunny day and we were able to sit outside. The food is amazing and staff are so helpful & friendly. Plates were cleared and it was a really enjoyable...Saturday morning and so close by. Will definitely be back.More

The location couldn’t be better on a sunny day. We had a fantastic lunch and the staff couldn’t have been better. The place is spotless and in these times, you are made feel very safe with proper social distancing in place.

Poor experience I’m afraid. We had set up camp for day 2 and I wanted to treat everyone to a nice meal. Don’t go here. Service was poor . Staff attitude was poor. My kids food came an hour before ours. The food was also...very expense for what it was. The place looks appealing. But I would go somewhere elseMore

We had a lovely dinner in this rustic appropriately named restaurant. The grilled cod with ratatouille plus chicken skewer with corn fritters for mains were superb. Coffees first class and the service was second to none. The plastic table cloths were not very attractive but...other than that, this was a wonderful dining experience.More

We ate in this restaurant as part of a Hen Party group. Brian was brilliant to deal with leading up to the day and the booking process was very easy. They provided 2 options for the group as well as a vegan option. The food...was absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all from anyone in the group. The staff were very attentive and regularly checked on us to see if we needed anything. Would definately recommend eating here.More

Drop in for coffee and scones after a lovely walk up the river. Sat outside beside the river. Perfect end to a great morning walk. Coffee was ok but no decaf available. Scones were nice.

We ate there twice for breakfast. Reasonably priced and very concerned for their customers. You’ll get more than you expect.
