Dinner out on the 1st. February 2020

My husband And I walked in to Lemon Grass and we were immediately greeted by a friendly, smiling, energetic lady, who was joined by the owner who was equally friendly. We were taken to our table, received menus and the wine list. Before we knew it we had our food, there was no delay. The restaurant was packed and the atmosphere was lively. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. As we had been there before the choice of food was easy. I had the chef Special for starters and mains, they were both delicious, especially the beef rendang. We also had dessert of home made Spanish ice cream. All the staff were both friendly and attentive. The atmosphere very pleasant and the food delicious.We cannot wait to go back again.

Always a perfect dining experience 😀

My husband and I dine here at least once or twice each week. We simply love it. The food is amazing, so delicious and tasty. The staff are really friendly, helpful and efficient. I particularly want to mention and thank Danagh for looking after us so well always. During the pandemic when the restaurant was closed, getting our Saturday takeaway just kept us going. The prices are great and unlike other establishments haven’t increased dramatically since reopening. We particularly love the daily Bento Lunch Box, priced at 13.90. We will continue to enjoy dining at this excellent restaurant as often as possible. Thank you to all concerned and very best wishes for the future.

Fantastic Restaurant

We have visited this restaurant many times over the years and it continues to be fantastic value for quality and service. In spite of having to close like many other businesses during the COVID restrictions it still provided a take out out service. When it reopened it still remained very competitive in spite of inflationary pressure.If you want a pleasant dining experience with excellent value and attentive service then Lemongrass Fusion Naas should be top of your list

Ask for extra chili sauce :)

I went here with my family for Sunday lunch. Service was good, and the set menu was pretty good value, but the ‘medium spicy’ Spicy Chicken Basil dish tasted pretty bland - we had to ask for extra chili sauce to heat it up. I expect a dish with ‘spicy’ in the name to have a bit of a punch to it, but there were no fresh chilis at all in the dish. Everything else was perfectly tasty, and service was good, I would go back for the set menu.

Extremely poor “ fusion/food to go service”

Firstly I would like to say that I really enjoy going to the restaurant. The food , the staff and atmosphere is wonderful however I find their to go service extraordinarily poor. I wanted to order food at 7:48 pm and when I ask what time the food would be ready the lady said 9 pm. This was a collection order !! No delivery requested. This is my third phone call trying to order a take away over a period of months and All three times I feel I’ve had no choice but to order elsewhere. For a company that offers an online take away menu and a separate collection area I am confused as to why this is my experience every time. So disappointed again !!

We booked a table for 8.30 at 8.55 we were finally seated. Through no fault of the restaurant there were several tables who were very slow to finish and leave Special mention for Camilla and Jenny who service and hospitality were excellent They were aware of the delay and kept us updated apologised profusely for delay. The food was amazing with large portions and ultra freshly cooked. Thank you Camilla and Jenny for everything You are not treated like a customer in lemongrass fusion you are treated like your a guest (like a guest to your home) We will be back again G

Rushed, overcharged and still hungry

Very rushed experience. Food arrived in minutes, it was overcooked and tasteless.portions very small, charged extra for chips instead of rice on one order. No prawn crackers on arrival. Main courses were removed before we finished. Desert's are massively overpriced. Standard has really dropped and unfortunately we won't return.

Not great, won't be back

Gone really down hill! Starter Duck pancakes was amazing! But the duo teppanyaki was really disappointing, we could not eat it! The beef was thick chunks of what seemed like stewing beef, with no flavour and swimming in some sort of gravy! Restaurant was quite busy, staff forgot to bring our drinks to the table and when we asked about the drinks he misunderstood us as to be asking for another round and was quite rude until he realised we never received our drinks in the first place! Overall bad experience, especially considering the really high cost, we would not return!!

Great for lunch

Went for lunch here and really enjoyed it. The service is prompt and friendly. The food is excellent. We had bento box which allows you to taste 2 dishes - I had the spicy chicken salad and the prawn red curry. Can’t wait to go back again!

Great family option

We (3 adults and 4 kids) visited prior to a trip to the cinema. The service was very quick and efficient and the food came quickly despite us all ordering different options. The food choices suited all tastes and were all fresh and tasty and having tried many of them, I could honestly recommend all of them.

Food is very fresh & flavoursome however the owner was quite rude when we presented a voucher to pay which had been gifted to us. We were told the voucher had already been redeemed when it certainly was not. The prices are quite high here also

We are frequent visitors to the lemongrass naas and it’s always a lovely experience. The staff are great but in particular a young lady named Emma. She has served us a few times and she is always extremely pleasant and professional. Consistently excellent customer service from her along with the great quality food will entice you to go back.

Almost perfection

Lovely interiors,very polite staff and really tasty food. One small gripe, I had vegtable stir fry with tofu and although superb it was a very small portion for the price. Sorry I couldn't have been totally positive.It is still a great restaurant.

Great food and nice ambiance

Been here twice in recent weeks and steadily working my way through the delicious veggie options. Food is great and social distancing is well observed. Amazingly they do my favourite South African dessert....Dom Pedro and do them well!! Excellent staff too.

I go to this restaurant regularly, usually for lunch/dinner. It is very welcoming and we are always recognised. The staff are very attentive and service is prompt and good. The menu is fairly limited, but their food is delicious. The restaurant is comfortable, however, apart from the front room it is a bit dark.
