Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Superb Tapas restaurant hidden in Naas ! Called in yesterday after a long day at the ploughing championship. The food and service is excellent if you want something different. We had the meatballs, prawns, potato gratin, pulled rib and several other dishes. A must eat...if you are in Naas.More

Great menu, specials on the board too. Delicious food, the red wine was full-bodied, the staff were attentive even though the restaurant was full. Highly recommend a visit!

We visited Las Radas on Christmas Eve and absolutely loved each and every course. My family of six, all adults love eating here. For myself as a coeliac, the choices are amazing. The gf Calamari was delicious. We eat here regularly and it continues to...deliver on taste, service and ambiance. We regularly recommend Las Radas to our friends and extended family. It is an absolute gem.More

Beautiful food Waiters were fast and friendly The only thing was when we came in, what looked like the manager of the place was on the phone with his back to us, a queue was forming behind us and the other waiters couldn’t help us...as the manager was on the phone for so long ignoring us using the check in system as it sounded like he was booking someone in. I even went outside for a minute and came back and he was still there on the phone ignoring everyone. He didn’t even acknowledge us to say I’ll be with you in a minute, just thought it was really rude and not a good first impression. He must have been on the phone for at least 7 minutes.More

Fabulous customer service from Jesse and Lara, absolutely outstanding. I brought a wheelchair bound service user here, it was the first time he has eaten out in a long time and the treatment we received blew me away. We were told ahead of time that...the toilets are not wheelchair accessible so we made sure we used the bathroom beforehand but they gave us a fabulous cosy spot by the door and we had no issues. They spoiled him, and when we enquired about which cocktail he should get, Lara went out of her way to get four small tasters for him. Jesse was our main server for food and gave fantastic advice on what to get and they are both so friendly, professional, kind, helpful and fun. Thank you so much, we will be back!!!More

We are regular customers for the past 5 years and visisted most recently on 2nd September. Unfortunately, I have to admit that the level of service has significantly lowered in our last visit. The food and ambiance was great as always, however it can't make...up for the lack of service halfway through our visit and being unable to order desserts or more drinks. After we finished our tapas, we were trying to catch the waitress' attention for 25 minutes as we wanted to order desserts and more drinks. During this she made eye contact with me, visited tables right next to us but unfortunately continued to ignore us. We were seated in the corner of the room, but this shouldn't be the reason for lack of service. Eventually, we got up and went to the main counter at the entrance of the restaurant to just ask for the bill and leave. We did mention that we were going to stay and order desserts and more drinks, but we couldn't get attention of our waitress for over 25 minutes. All we got was a quick "oh sorry". Extremely dissapointing.More

First night out together in 18 months . Chose Las Radas to mark a couple milestones . Majorly disappointed. Table location had zero atmosphere- requested to be changed. Menu extremely limited ( both 'chef recommended' fish options were sold out - belatedly advised too). Service...good although inexperienced. Finally , cheeseboard is a joke for the price - basically no cheese on it - just crackers. Extremely expensive for very poor meal offering all round; - this establishment as it currently stands is a wine bar only. Lastly , bring back the paper menu for the love of God , I spent 30 mins with my head in my phone navigating your menu , something which I dislike doing when in company.More

We were travelling to catch a ferry from Dublin Port so wanted a pit stop 45-60 minutes from Dublin. I can across this on TP and so stopped here close to the road to Dublin. The restaurant had just opened but it was already busy...so we were lucky to get a seat. The menu was typical tapas which were very nice and filling. The service was a little slow but we were on a timetable so we did take some away. Overall, worth going to with a nice buzzy ambiance with good food.More
