We visited here the other day and everything was outstanding. We were served by a lovely lady named Alana. She was extremelly helpful and polite and had a great smile and personality.
Staff and Managers had alll covid procedures in place making everyone feel safe...and comfortable.
The food was delicious and we were not waiting long at all, very speedy service which I was surprised by as they were busy but the staff was calm and doing great.
We even ordered some cocktails and drinks which were delicious.More
We went here as a family , 2 adults and 2 kids. The food was awful. Everything tasted re-heated. Chicken wings were just ok, the sauce they put over them wasnt even heated up. The roast beef was dry, fatty and not fresh. Chicken burger is...over priced for what you get. Tiny little fillet of chicken with barely any salad. We didn't even bother having desserts as everything else was so bad.More
I really enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch here after visiting the nearby Castletown House. It was such a friendly place, a lovely welcome from the staff and very prompt, attentive service
I had a gorgeous burger, really tasty but there is quite an extensive menu...with lots of chicken dishes, pastas etc too if you'd prefer. Had the homemade onion rings on the side, lovely. Decent prices too to be fair.
You would be eating in a very historically significant place if you choose to come here. A plaque on the wall between the Village Inn and the pub next door identify it as the birth house of the esteemed Mr Arthur Guinness!
Finally a word on the cleanliness. The place was spotless with full Covid 19 mitigation like hand sanitisers on the table, screens between tables, cutlery in paper envelopes and contact tracing details taken. Spotless place and well worth stopping into. I'd definitely go back next time I'm in Celbridge.More
I can not thank these guys enough, we were running late and they still accomacted us. Alana was just the nicest person ever. Food was out of this world.
It is our favourite place to have dinner or lunch
Thank you all for making my...baby girls communion.More
Another fantastic meal in the Village Inn, consistently good food and excellent service. Felt safe and reassured by the measures in place also.... Plenty of space, hand sanitisers on every table, screens, traffic light system for toilets and all serving staff with masks. Well done...Paul and team. Thank you.More
This place has thee most amazing food. The food is exactly how I remembered it since before lockdown. Staff are excellent and the premises have adapted to the strict covid safety measures put in place seamlessly which really eased my worries and concerns. I highly...recommend the Village Inn. Their service is superb. I will be back to see Paul and Alannah. Rachel and RobMore
