We ordered cupid gift box for this weekend, prosecco, voya candle, butlers chocolates, a rose and we got a starter and a main, great value for money and omg the food was just beautiful, so tasty, neither of us can fault a thing, service was so quick for collection and covid safe, our food stayed hot by the time we got home had the starter and moved onto the main which still hot and the steak cooked perfectly.
Will definitely be ordering again

We visited Bailey’s Bistro for Sunday lunch. We ordered 2 roast beef specials and 2 kids options (the daily bar lunch menu is quite expensive). When the beef arrived it was extremely fatty and portion wise I’ve had much better elsewhere recently. When we cut into the beef it was very tough which was surprising considering how much fat was on it, I’m guessing it was just overcooked. Two elderly ladies beside us also struggled to cut their beef and they did complain about it.
We should have sent ours back but we were both very hungry. However, I did mention it to the waiter just for feedback and she then just disappeared and handed us over to another waiter for dessert options!
We have been to the clanard court several times before and have always been very happy with the food quality and service but this was our first Sunday lunch and sadly also our last.
Next visit will be at any other time!

Food wasn’t as good as it was previously. Beef very fatty and not tender portion size not great. Kids sausages very skinny and burnt. Not awful, edible but not worth the money. Staff lovely couldn’t be nicer 10/10 for hospitality.

My wife and I are both good cooks. We eat very well and we cook everything from fresh. But we are not experts. Bailey's should be the food experts. My meal last night was very poor. Flavourless, luke warm. For 50 Euros of my hard earned money I expect to eat food that is at the very least as good as I cook and make every day. This was far below that standard. I would recommend you don't eat here.
Avoid the gluten free fries.
Avoid the chicken supreme.
Avoid Bailey's until they get a new chef.

Had drinks in the bar before the wedding service. Staff very friendly and very quick. Breakfast served on time the next morning. The Bar has a great buzz about it.
Prices are very good value.

The chef's idea of a warm salad with chickpea was to toss the chickpeas in curry powder. Raw curry powder on chickpeas is not my idea of subtle!

Thank you Judy for taking the time to post your review, however we would have liked for a better rating.
We pride ourselves on our food and our salads in particular receive rave reviews so to see you did not enjoy your Chickpea Salad is extremely disheartening.
Having investigated your recent experience I think it is important to note that our Bistro Supervisor did indeed offer you the chance to change your dish which you declined and subsequently did not charge you for your dish.
We would have loved for you to try another dish from our vegetarian selection, sometimes a dish may not be to customers personal taste and we would always offer a change of dish in this situation.
I have taken your comments back to our Chef non the less and we will be sure to keep an eye on future comments on this salad.
I hope we can welcome you back to try some of our other wonderful dishes in the near future.

We had both lunch and dinner in the Bistro which was very good, the menu was varied to suit all tastes and the bar done a good pint or two of the black stuff.

We had lunch here yesterday and enjoyed it very much. There were 4 of us and 2 of us had wraps and 2 of us had club sandwiches. They were very generous with the bacon! Service was a little slow but we were in no hurry.
