I have dined out in many places since the lockdown including 5* hotels and restaurants and I have to say that this quaint little place in Athy was by far the best food , drink and had the best atmosphere of anywhere I have been...since lockdown ended. By far the best part of this place is it’s amazing staff whom are friendly and efficient and cannot do enough for you. In my opinion they deserve the 5* rating well done to all .More

Modern, clean and trent location. Staff very friendly and great menu, plenty of choice. We had chicken curry and the chicken burger. Portion was perfect and everything tasted really nice. Both had cheesecake for dessert, it was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be back

Waited a long time to eat here and it was definitely worth the wait. Covid precautions are in place here & you will be asked to produce vaccine certs, wear a mask whilst going to your table etc but personally I liked that staff are...Covid aware & precautions are in place for everyone’s safety - it was our first time to eat indoors and I felt very comfortable with lots of space between our table & the other diners. Trendy decor & spotless toilet facilities, staff were super helpful and friendly. Well familiar with their menu, they patiently went through the menu with us guiding us on portion size for the children/teenagers etc.. I can honestly say that I have never tasted anything like their chicken wings & blue cheese dip! We would also recommend the Brie starter - amazing! I loved the lovely fresh salad they used with each starter. The food was so good, the kids demanded we take the leftovers home - they never do this! Their pasta leftovers were neatly packed in compostable packaging which they devoured later that evening!😬 Afterwards, we went for a little stroll along the river Barrow just across the street to walk off the lovely desserts & coffee we just had to sample! Well done to all involved!More
